What's the best under eye concealer?

ok so I'm 15 and i have like dark circles/bags under my eyes and i want to cover them up using concealer, but i don't know what kind i should get. i kinda want a powder one because when my bags absorb moist things they become worse :[ so what do you guys recommend is the best?

i have them too.. but its cuz of my allergies to dust but i use a yellow color stick this is the one i use

then i use a foundation same color as my skin just to blend in so its not a yellow any kind can work --but i use true blend mouse-covergirl

then using a translucent powder i have light skin so i use the palest
