Is it okay to use a concealer as a foundation?

I was just wondering...thanks! ^_^Is it okay to use a concealer as a foundation?
Well it's designed to cover up imperfections... blemishes, scars, dark circles etc... but if you want coverage find a foundation that will give you what you need according to your skin type... a medium base foundation is a little more matte and ';thick'; to help even out skin tone, full coverage are usually really ';light'; and transparent for more even and less problematic skin types... if you want a more natural look find a foundation according to your skin type and use a concealer brush for concealer to hide what you don't the rest of the world to see!!! hope this helped!!!Is it okay to use a concealer as a foundation?
i used to use it as foundation, i dont anymore because it works out quite expensive though because concealer comes in smaller quantities and it doesnt make your skin looks as even. if you do this, make sure you use powder to set it to avoid your skin looking greasy, and blend in so your face doesnt look dirty or messy.
i do. never had a problem with it. i have yet to find a foundation that provides the coverage i need so thats why i use the concealer. just make sure you cleanse your face well everynight and try not to sleep with it on bc it can clog your pores
nope.

concealer is generally a shade lighter/ darker depending on ur color...

a foundation shld fit ur color as natural as it can be.

so using a concealer will change ur skin color :D
NO! Concealers are made to cover up things like dark spots. They are therefore very light and very heavy. Skin should be gossamer and you could not get that look with such a heavy foundation.
I dunno....I have always thought concealer never matches just perfectly. I mean, I have used foundation as concealer, but I don't think it goes hand in hand. It might look cakey or off-tone.
i guess you could, but don't use it all over your face. just the problem spots, that is in fact what concealer is for
You can dilute it with water if it's too thick, but if you just put it on certain parts of your face it should be ok like under your eyes and contouring, but don't cake it on x
it is thicker and won't look as natural on-it is also normally oil-based so it is worse for your skin as well
Yeah i do all the time, just dont put it all over your face. Only where you need it most and blend very well.
well if it looks good then why not!? :]
