The first and most important thing is moisturizing. There are many great products available that specialize in specific problem areas, such as the eyes. I use to sell Estee Lauder and often men would come to the counter on their wives behalf and I would ask them, what type of moisturizer or other facial skin products did they use?, I would then say, You wouldn't want your wives skin dry and wrinkly, would you? and of course they would say no, I then point out the fact, that wives wouldn't want their men wrinkly either, so why shouldn't men take the time to moisturize and use what ever else they may need to keep their skin looking great. Getting to your question, if you take the time to pamper your skin with what it needs you may not need the concealer. Have you ever tried using preparation H cream under your eyes, it really works wonders. of course, as long as no one can tell (that applies for guys AND girl) you can wear any makeup. just make sure your don't have it on before your face gets wet, or else you could get unpleasent nicknames...
yes if a girl can wear cover up a guy can too. but if your gonna, you should fallow the same ';guide lines'; of how to wear it, like don't were cover up that's not you skin color, and liquid concealer works better than powder (for wrinkles)... if you don't know how to put it on then just do a search on it.
Yes. Concealer and anything else you use to ';cover up'; either on men or women is supposed to look natural. If it is noticeable it's not a good quality, it doesnt match your skin tone, or you've applied it wrong. To match a concealer or foundation to your skin, pat concealer in and blend foundation at the jawline. It should look the same as your cheek AND neck... meaning it should not stand out like a white line.

Yes, just ask a girl you trust to help you buy the right color for your skin, and tips on how to blend it so it's not obvious. My husband works with the public and uses a light concealer on pimples. It won't make you a girl :)
yeah, as long as it's not too obvious. the key is finding the right color as your skin tone so when you put it on it's as if you're not wearing it.

no but eye cream is ok concealer would actualy make them stand out more because it is meant to blend in to the skin wich would fall in to lines and excuentuate them concealer is ment to be used to hide discolorations

Yes you can! Just blend well and no one will know. Even if someone finds out, I'm sure they will understand why you would wear it. Everyone has something on their face they don't like.
