Should concealer be a shade lighter than the foundation?

Your concealer should absolutely always be a shade lighter than your foundation.


Also make sure that the concealer you use works with your skin tone i.e. Yellow undertones.

yes. expecially when using for dark circles under your eyes. it look good as long as you take you foundation and blend all over afterwards until its natural looking
