What concealer should I use?

I need a concealer to cover up blemishes and dark under-eye circles. My skin is pretty fair in the winter, but I also tan easily and have a much darker complexion in the summer months. My face can also be oily in the t-zone. What concealers do you recommend, and in what shades? I'd rather not spend much, no more than $15 max. Thanks!What concealer should I use?
well i use clinique make-up its really good for sensitive skin its the only kind i can use i also use the concealer and it works really good!
