I'm asian and lips are kind of dark. I want to be able to wear light color lipstick such as pink, but the color is always off. Any suggestion? Can I pretreated with concealer? Please give me some tips and steps of how to applying them....Dark Lips. Should I use concealer before applying lipstick?
