good luck

Dermablend is a great product to use to cover up.
Veil Cover Cream is the best - I have a nasty scar on my chest and use it for that - Its brill
Depending on the color, you should opt for a concealer in the opposite end of the colorwheel. LIke if the tat has red in it, opt for a greenish concealer. If the tat is mostly purpleish, opt for a yellowish one.

I use Hide It concealer from LAminerals.com

You could ask for some samples. They shipped mine free:)
