I think im going to buy this Foundation/Concealer/Powder by PHILOSOPHY called ';the Supernatural'; in sand.

No because this is a mineral powder foundation %26amp; concealer in one. Apply it with a kabuki brush just like you would with Bare Escentuals or use the inbuilt puff applicator. If you apply this over liquid foundation it will not settle properly and you will be left with a very shiny face as I found when I first started wearing it. Another thing when you apply it with the puff applicator ensure you dab it very lightly then buff it into your skin, wait a minute or so and then if you need another layer then apply it.
