i would say mac they have the Best ever! i just bought their powder foundation and concealer. it is expensive but ti works really well. you get what you pay for you know :DWhat is the best brand for powder concealer/foundation?
Whichever brand matches your skin tone, helps conceal things like rosaeca AND doesn't start melting off your face five seconds AFTER you finish applying it...even in the cold heart of winter. I have that particular problem, so I tend to stay AWAY from foundation, period. This part only applies of you use LIQUID fondation.





For powder foundation...personally I only use my normal face powder...whatever brand that happens to be at the time since I almost never wear makeup at all.
mac!!! :] i have horrible dark circles and i started using mac and it worked awesome. my friend has acne and we put some mac concealer/foundation %26amp; powder on her face and she it looked as if she didnt have acne anymore! :] they also hve awesome eye shadow lol :]

If you are going the expensive route, go for Bare Minerals. It is pricey but will last you a long time and looks fresh and clean. If it's drug store make up you are looking for the Maybelline Mineral Powder is not bad. Just make sure you use a LARGE soft brush. Don't use the small one they give you. Its crap.
