What does a concealer do?

I am darkskinned and i have a couple of dark spots on my face..


What can a concealer do with that?


..and would i have to apply makeup on top of that?What does a concealer do?
ok so Concealer is a makeup that's used to cover flaws up, it won't do it completely but yes it's cover up. Remember Foundation is not for covering, it's for evening out. When you choose a concealer try and match it to the skin on your jaw, that is the most accurate place to check it. then you put it on those flaws that you want to cover and blend it. Don't smudge it with your finger that removes it. instead tap it a little so the heat from your finger melts it into your skin.then top it all off with a foundation to even out your complexion What does a concealer do?

Concealer helps to ';conceal'; blemishes and imperfections. HOWEVER, you must use foundation over it. The foundation hides what you did with the concealer. Even though the concealer will hide what you want it to hide - you'll still see the concealer.
