i just bought mine at the cosmetics section in Walmart. I don't know how to use it but they say to turn the dial at the bottom until it dispenses.. the dial at the bottom..? all i see is this gray long tube, and when i turn it, it makes a clicking sound. i keep turning it but nothing dispenses...please tell me how to use it. mine is a FAIR 01.How to use Neutrogena SkinClearing庐 oil-free concealer..?
maybe youre turning it the wrong way, or you need to turn it upside down?
