Do i put green concealer before or after foundation?

i had redness in both of my cheeks. i use green concealer. but im not sure the best way to apply it. when i apply foundation over the green concealer it look like it wipe away the concealer. so do i put the foundation after??Do i put green concealer before or after foundation?
Your suppose to wear it under the foundation, in order to counteract the redness and blend it away with foundation. Give the concealer a few seconds/minutes to set, then apply your foundation with a foundation brush. A sponge or a finger are convenient but are a bit harsh and absorb a lot of the foundation leaving an uneven look. I have used this before. Yes, you put the green concealer on first, then your foundation on next because this helps cover the green.
You put the green cocealer on first then your foundation and then your powder.
But it on before the foundation.
