Can concealer work as an eyeshadow base?

yes, but i recommend you get something created to be an eyeshadow base like urban decays eyeshadow insurance eyeshadow base. Can concealer work as an eyeshadow base?
Yeah you can use it as a base for shadows just make sure to powder it, even if you use a cream eyeshadow, so it isn't overly greasy. You can either use the powder you use to set your makeup or a really light eyeshadow color. If you directly put a darker color over your eyes it will sort of clump in spots and not look smooth. Can concealer work as an eyeshadow base?
I wouldnt recommend it but i know some people do use it as an eyeshadow base. I dont recommend it because its not going to make your colors look as vibrant and make them last as long as an eye primer would. Plus it might not withstand oily eyelids and might make your eyeshadow crease (which i dread!!). So yea but try it might work for you!!!!
Especially if you are using a darker color eyeshadow, a concealer will lighten it up a bit to keep it from looking too whore-ish. Just make sure you don't use soo much because it will make it look caked on. My suggestion is to use a very light stick concealer from NYC. It is really cheap and works great!

good luck!
yes. a lot of people use concealer as an eyeshadow base. i personally don't wear eyeshadow but i know that it's a common thing to do.
I suppose it could, but I don't use it for that. My concealer is Boi-ing from Benefit, and my eye base is MAC shade stick
Yeah, absolutely!

I do that all the time :)

Just don't use too much concealer because then your whole eye will look either too dark or too light or too cakey.
it could but i don't know if that would look right, especially because your eyes are different color than your skin so it may be alittle off...

but idk try it and good luck!
absolutely since its the same color as your skin it offers as a great start for a base
I never have but whatever works for you!!!
